[vc_row][vc_column][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]Do you ever feel like there is just so much to do in life when you are trying to step up to the next level?
When you are trying to eat better, to have more energy, to keep growing your mind and body?
Sometimes we all feel overwhelmed and that’s why I want to share with you these 5 steps to live happier and healthier.
1. Start your day with morning routine
If you wake up in the morning rushing, grabbing your phone first, and starting to react to what is going on around you, you will lose your energy and focus.
What I love to do is to wake up and instead of grabbing my phone and starting to think what I have to do, I meditate.
I journal to reflect on how I feel and I also write down my goals.
Knowing where you are and where you want to go helps with clarity in your life.
2. Be active
Anytime you can try to get your work out in the morning.
5 minutes of high intensity interval training is better than nothing.
You will feel accomplished right from the start and this will help you not only physically but also with your confidence.
3. Plan for success
It isn’t possible to be successful without a plan. Without knowing where you are going.
I love to write my list with priorities to see what do I have to do for the day to feel accomplished at the end of the day.
If you can do only one or two things, what would make you feel good at the end of the day if that’s done?
4. Live in gratitude
Too often we are frustrated about what we don’t have. We get stuck in cycle of scarcity as we focus on what we don’t have we have more lack in our lives.
Remember, what you will give focus to will grow.
If you want more love, more abundance, more health, you need to focus on things that are well in your life.
It will give you great energy and shift your perspective. When we appreciate what we do have, we get more of it.
5. Keep reading
All the answers are in books. I love reading because there is so much wisdom in books.
Anything you are struggling with, someone else also did in the past. You are never alone.
And more you read, more grow yourself.
I believe as Tony Robbins says progress = happiness.
And by reading you are opening your mind to new ideas, new opportunities, and new solutions.
Which one of these are you already doing and which you should work on?[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row]
