[vc_row][vc_column][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]How often do you come to the end of the day, feeling tired after a full busy day to just realize that there is still a million and one thing on your mind that you still feel like you have to or should do?
First of all, let’s step away from the “have to” and “should”.
Let’s step into clarity and realize that all the things that you are doing in your life are by choice and also are done because you GET TO do them vs have to or should.
Even the work, groceries, errands, appointments, taking care of family, all those things, no one is really holding a gun against you and forcing you to do those. (And if yes we get to have a talk!)
Check IN with yourself and your body for a moment.
How does it feel when you say I have to, I should…
Does it feel empowering, freeing, fulfilling?
I doubt that.
I am here to invite you to finally pause, to slow down and look around yourself.
Are most of the things urgent that you are doing or important?
It might seem similar, yet what I have noticed in dozens of my clients is that they are feeling overwhelmed and frustrated with so many things that they are tending to that it SEEMS that there is no time to do things that they want or desire.
Things that are urgent are short term. They take away your attention and are demanding you to stop everything and take care of them.
Like a little child in the grocery store who is screaming to get their treat.
Things that are important are long term. They have an impact on your life and those around you.
They might not seem urgent, like meditation, work out, having uncomfortable talk, speaking your truth at work.
YET these things are influencing how you are feeling and what kind of future you will be creating.
I invite you today to PAUSE.
I invite you to take a moment and to check in.
All those things that are taking your time, energy, and money, ask yourself, are these urgent or important?
You deserve the peace, clarity, and courage to love the life you are living, not just exhaustedly sprint through from one thing to another.
What do you feel is really important right now in your life?
And how can you take care of that first?[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row]
